Do you provide swimming lessons? |
We do not provide swim lessons for beginners. We do require that you can swim freestyle for at least 50 yards. However, our team does provide a coach that assists each swimmer with their stroke and form. |

Do I have to have a "swimmers build" to join? |
Our team is human too! We have all shapes, sizes, and ages of swimmers. Just look at the pictures on this web site. All the photos are of our team members. We always welcome new members that are trying to get back into "the routine". |

Do I have to wear a speedo? |
You can wear any kind of swim suit that makes you comfortable. There are a variety of suit styles that members wear. Just come to a practice and check them all out! |

Where is a good place in Atlanta to buy swim suits, gear, etc.? |
Most sporting gear stores have a good selection such as Dicks Sporting Goods. Kast-A-Way Swimwear has 3 dedicated locations around Atlanta also. You find directions on their web site. |

How often are there social events for the team? |
The team tries to get together at least once a quarter. In the winter we have our annual awards banquet. In the summer we have our team picnic. Various other events take place throughout the year. There is also a Sunday lunch ritual that some team members participate in after practice. |

How do I pay for membership? |
Team members can either pay quarterly or yearly at the beginning of the year. For exact pricing visit our Members area. |

Where do I park when I come to the Aquatic Center? |
On weekday evenings, please park on the road along Tech Parkway near the Aquatic Center. GA Tech Police is aware of our practice schedule and will not ticket cars during our practice times. On Sundays please park in the parking lot off of Ferst Dr. across from the Aquatic Center. The parking gates will be up permitting free parking. |
